You'll feel confident your results are accurate and exact when taking advantage of Thermo's Calibration and Validation Options.  We have a range of testing, validation and calibration programs to satisfy even the most exacting standard.  Our dedicated validation and calibration consultants offer in-depth expertise and a full understanding of compliance requirements.  Thermo recommends this option is performed annually based on your application demands.

Stay in specification compliance by simply sending your Orion Star Series meter to Thermo, where Calibration and Validation will be performed to your choice of standards.  Thermo will return your meter along with a Certificate of Validation that includes calibration details and test results.

IQ/OQ Package

Save time and money when you purchase the IQ/OQ package from Thermo to ensure that your meter performs to the manufacturer's published specifications.  Thermo offers full IQ/OQ documentation for the Orion Star Series meters to perform a comprehensive Installation and Operation on your meters satisfying the requirements of regulated industries such as pharmaceutical. 

All Orion Products in Warranty Support

Orion Star Series, Aplus^TM and PerpHecT® meters carry a three year warranty which includes Return-to-Factory, Repair or Replace on a reasonable efforts basis, phone support, web support, and any software maintenance releases.  Russell meters include a two year warranty.
